The Prana Lorien was born of the need for a physical space in which nature and mankind might cohabit in perfect harmony, to provide an ideal environment for the pursuit of activities based on self-knowledge and the holistic enrichment of quality of life. To that end, a range of materials including wood, stone, iron and earth have been used to construct a building encompassing 360 square metres, consisting of: 

• a large central room in the shape of octagon(bagua) ideal for physical activities, classes and lectures
• two treatment rooms, each equipped with a massage table for therapeutic work
• two bathrooms complete with changing rooms and gas-fired showers
• a kitchen with an industrial-size cooker as well as a traditional wood-burning stove, fully equipped to comfortably cater all our guests
• a cafeteria and dining area extending into the garden
• In terms of guest accommodation, the Prana Lorien has five comfortable suites, each with its own terrace and space for hammocks, with beautiful views of the gardens and the countryside beyond.

Harmoniously distributed about the grounds are also:

• a grassy area of some 400 square metres, used for open-air activities
• 2000 square metres of untouched native forest
• an orchard in progress
• an organic vegetable garden whose produce is used to create our natural menus
• a wood-fired sauna,terapheutic baths
•  court to voley and "peteca"
